RETURNS - RIDE EASY!
If you have ordered from Ride More, and subsequently discover that our system is not compatible with your bike, or you wish to return it for any other reason, ride easy, we offer returns within 21 days of the delivery date. Please see the return policy below.
POLICY
1. You can return a seat from Ride More within 3 weeks of the seat's arrival. Your items must be in their original packaging, as new.
2. Once we receive your return, we'll issue you your refund in five business days.
3. You'll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete.
4. We do not refund for the original shipping, nor the return shipping. All refunds will be exclusive of import fees.

For EU returns, please ship the seat to EU Distribution using a tracked-service:
